How confidential conversations are handled

Exploring a sale should never put your staff, customers or suppliers on edge. Here's how we keep it quiet.

Nothing is shared without a signed NDA

The first conversation needs no documents at all. When it moves further, a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any figures, customer names or staff details change hands.

We do not use brokers to shop your business around, and we do not discuss live conversations with anyone outside our own team.

We meet on your terms

Evenings, weekends, off-site, video call — whatever avoids a stranger walking through your premises asking questions.

Site visits happen late in the process and, if you prefer, outside working hours.

You control the announcement

You decide who is told and when, and we will help you plan it. Nothing is published, posted or announced without your written agreement.

If you decide not to proceed, we return or destroy everything you shared. Plenty of conversations end that way and that is completely fine.

Practical guidance from a buyer's perspective, not financial, tax or legal advice. Every business is different — speak to a qualified accountant and solicitor before making decisions.

Start a confidential conversation.

No broker, no obligation, and nothing shared with anyone. Just a private conversation about what you have built and what you'd like to happen next.
